Event Registration

All audition registration will be done on-line.  Any director that can't register on-line will need to contact Jenn Kauffman, OSSBDA Secretary-Treasurer, as soon as possible.

The registration deadline is September 13, 2025.

Only OSSAA class 2A, 3A, and 4A schools are eligible to register or participate.  Students in grades 10-12 are eligible to audition.

Note:  The ACT test DOES NOT CONFLICT with auditions this year.

We are continuing to use the "Audition Admin" registration system as before.  

First: To begin the process head directors only must click here to establish a user account in the “Audition Admin” system and submit all assistant info.  To do so, they will need the registration code, which is included in the OSSBDA fall letter.  This must be re-done yearly to refresh the director database.  Be sure to click the "Create Account" button, instead of logging in with last year's ID & password.   Returning schools please read this and new schools should Click here for detailed instructions.

Second: Any of that school’s directors will be able to log in and submit student entries for Concert and Jazz auditions.

Make sure to submit student entries prior to the September 13th deadline.
